My approach
My main drive as a director is to attract audiences who are not yet familiar with the arts, whether they are young people or communities without access to this type of performances. To create dynamic, inclusive and educational pieces in order to awaken interest in the performing arts.
My approach to this is to give a new perspective to staging where themes of current relevance are addressed, or where the audience can be identified.
To create interactive adaptations for children, tours to remote places where art is not accessible, and social and educational projects, among others.
About me
My name is Natalia, but my parents call me Nais ever since I was a little girl.

I was born in Iquique, Chile, where from an early age on I was interested in arts such as literature, music and dance. At the age of four I began my studies of classical ballet and violin in the public art school Violeta Parra, where I found my pasion in arts.
Later I discovered singing and joined choirs and music groups, which made me decide to study classical singing and music education at the Universidad de Talca, Chile. In 2013, I left Chile to continue my studies of performing arts in the city of Vienna in Austria, where my career as a singer took me to perform in countries such as Austria, Chile, Japan, China, and Thailand.
My path as a stage director began under the tutelage of the renowned Chilean director and opera singer Rodrigo Navarrete, who guided me into entering the professional world of stage direction.
My work behind the scenes includes various opera houses, festivals and theatres in Austria, Spain and Chile, working in productions in the area of stage direction, co-production, and as assistant director and stage manager. Outstanding among them: Teatro Peréz Galdós, Tarapacá Música Fest, Herbsttage Blindenmarkt, Kulturverein Redtenbach, WUK Wien, Barocktheater Lambach and at the Teatro Real, Madrid as part of the Crescendo program for young directors.
